IndoVista was founded by a small group of Indonesian lawyers, accountants and immigration specialists who had spent years watching foreign founders struggle with a regulatory system designed in a different language and culture. We set out to build the kind of firm we wished had existed when we were on the other side of the table.
Today, IndoVista guides companies from incorporation through to operation, scale and, for some, successful exit. Our clients come from across the world and run businesses in hospitality, real estate, F&B, technology, education, agriculture and the creative industries.
We remain deliberately boutique. Every engagement is led by a senior advisor; every file is reviewed by a partner; every client knows the names and faces of the team working on their matter.
